The Urus Performante, which broke the production SUV record at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb just a few days before its launch, is Lamborghini's mid-life refresh of the Urus super-SUV.
In addition to an updated front bumper, blacked-out air dam, carbon-fiber splitter, and vented hood, the Lamborghini Urus Performante 2022 features a vented carbon-fiber hood.
In addition to the painted panel and the visible carbon fiber, the latter can be further customized.
The SUV has a redesigned spoiler that increases downforce toward the back by 38%, according to the manufacturer, and by eight percent overall. The rear diffuser, wheel arches, and rear bumper can also be constructed from carbon fiber.
The Urus Performante's 4.4-liter twin-turbo engine continues to deliver 666PS, up 16PS from its predecessor. In addition to the 850Nm torque output, a seven-speed automatic transmission is also retained.
The Urus Performante has lost 47 kg of weight. In addition to having more horsepower, the super-SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.3 seconds.
The Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R is a performance tire made specifically for SUVs. In the Urus Performante, the seats feature a hexagonal pattern and come standard in Black Alcantara; leather is still an option.
The Dark Package provides Matte Black finishes to a variety of interior details. Performance badging can also be found on the super-seats, SUV doors, and roof lining.
In addition to the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, Audi RSQ8, and Aston Martin DBX 701, Lamborghini's upcoming SUV will compete against vehicles such as the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT and the Audi RSQ8. The Purosangue SUV is expected to debut within a month of its debut.
