On August 30th, 'F1 Manager 2022' will be released for consoles and PC

Fans of Formula One will soon be able to play a new game in the manager-style genre for the first time in more than 20 years.

Formula 1 made the announcement on Tuesday that the much anticipated F1 Manager 2022 would be available for purchase on August 30th.

In addition, the company distributed a new gameplay clip featuring the future game, in which many features of the game were demonstrated.

F1 Manager 2022 is a video game that puts you in charge of managing a racing team.

It was developed by Frontier Developments, a company that is best known for its work on the Elite Dangerous series.

You won't be behind the wheel of a single Formula 1 vehicle anymore; instead, you'll be in charge of a full team.

Obviously, this requires you to not only select all of the components for your vehicles but also recruit the drivers who will guide them to success.

The game has real-world drivers from the Formula 1, Formula 2, and Formula 3 categories, and also replicates all 22 Grand Prix circuits thanks to Formula 1's involvement.

In addition to that, the commentator and analyst roles for the game were filled by Sky Sports anchor David Croft and former Formula One driver Karun Chandhok.

Today marks the beginning of preorders for F1 Manager 2022 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms via Steam and Epic Games Store.

Those who pre-order F1 Manager 2022 will be granted early access to the game on August 25.
