On June 12, Bethesda and Xbox will hold a joint press conference at 1 p.m. ET to announce their upcoming video games. It would normally be part of E3, the industry's largest annual publisher conference, but this year's Xbox conference will be a part of Summer Games Fest, hosted in partnership with The Game Awards.
Microsoft agreed to buy Bethesda for $7.5 billion in 2021, which led to the first joint conference between Xbox and Bethesda.
Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga, Fable, Avowed, and State of Decay 3 are among the titles Microsoft plans to launch between July 2022 and June 2023 as first-party games.
It is expected that Bethesda will show more of its upcoming titles during the June 12 presentation, including Starfield and Redfall, which were recently delayed until early 2023.
Among Bethesda's other success franchises are Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Doom, Deathloop, and Dishonored, as well as the Elder Scrolls series.
A second extended showcase event on June 14 will be held by Xbox that will feature gameplay footage, hands-on demos, and developer interviews.
After Sunday's presentation, we'll know more about which games will be featured in the Xbox Games Extended Showcase, which will air on Xbox social channels for 90 minutes.
