Tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked the specifications of the Redmi K50s Pro. The Redmi K50s and K50s Pro are expected to enter the Chinese market as early as August 2022.
The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro will be rebranded as Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro outside of China, according to reports. Indian consumers can also expect the 12T series to be released there.
The Redmi K50 Gaming, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, was unveiled by Redmi in the first half of this year in China.
Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 is expected to power the upcoming Redmi K50s Pro. The latest leak has revealed everything about the smartphone.
The Redmi K50s Pro will offer an OLED panel with a 6.67-inch screen, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. An MIUI 13-based Android 12 OS will be preinstalled on the device.
There will be an 8GB or 12GB RAM version, as well as 128GB or 256GB of built-in storage, which will be available with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powered device.
The device will come equipped with a battery of 5,000mAh and support fast charging of 120W. It will also feature a fingerprint scanner that is built into the display for security purposes.
The K50s Pro will come with a front-facing camera with a resolution of 20 megapixels. On the back of the handset, there will be a 400-megapixel main camera, topped off by a 20-megapixel secondary camera.
Two cameras will be bundled with it, one with 8 megapixels and the other with 2 megapixels. According to other reports, the Redmi K50s is expected to feature a 50-megapixel main camera and Density 8100 chipset.
The K50s could have the same specifications as the Pro model. Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12 Pro are rumored to debut this year in September or October. Xiaomi's 12T series replaces last year's 11T lineup.
