A 5G-enabled version of the iQoo Z6 was launched in India in March. A new model is apparently in the works by the Chinese smartphone brand, supporting 80W charging.

There is 18W fast charging support on the iQoo Z6 5G, whereas 66W FlashCharge support is present on the iQoo Z6 Pro 5G. There are currently no other details available, such as pricing or availability.

In addition to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and a powerful 5,000mAh battery, the iQoo Z6 5G was announced earlier this year.

A report by CNMO indicates that iQoo may be working on a new smartphone for its Z series. Known as the iQoo Z6 5G variant, it is said to support 80W fast charging, which is an upgrade from too Z6 5G's 18W fast charging, and iQoo Z6 Pro 5G's 66W flash charging.

In addition, the report mentioned that the rumored phone could have a Snapdragon 7 series processor.

A few months ago, the iQoo Z6 5G was launched in India. The Snapdragon 695 SoC on the smartphone is an octa-core chip.

There is a 6.58-inch display with a full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. As well as 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, the iQoo Z6 5G features 128GB of storage.

A 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel bokeh lens are included in the iQoo Z6 5G's triple rear camera setup.

A 16-megapixel selfie camera is located at the front of the device. There is a 5,000mAh battery inside the handset. In addition to the 18W fast charging capability mentioned above, the iQoo Z6 5G also supports wireless charging.

Launched in April, the iQoo Z6 Pro 5G is available in India as well. Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G octa-core processor coupled with LPDDR4X RAM is powering the smartphone.

It has a relatively smaller battery of 4,700mAh. There is 66W FlashCharge support available on the iQoo Z6 Pro 5G, as mentioned earlier.
