Here are the details on Apple's A16 Bionic Chipset; it will feature a significant upgrade

In advance of the official announcement, key details about the new A16 Bionic chipset have been leaked online.

As Apple prepares to release the flagship iPhone 14 series smartphones, it will also release its next chipset version, A16 Bionic. However, not all of the devices from this lineup will use the A16 Bionic.

Apple will include all the premium features in the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, while the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will have fewer features compared to the Pro variants. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 and iPhone.

It has been reported that TSMC's N4P process will be used to build the A16 Bionic chipset, which will reportedly contain 18-20 billion transistors.

With the A16 Bionic, you can expect a 15 percent improvement in performance over the predecessor.

In addition, the A16 Bionic chip is said to have a LPDDR5 RAM, which offers 50% more memory than the previous LPDDR4X RAM. The GPU is said to feature a 5-core-6-core design, offering 30% more performance.

A 48 megapixel camera lens is said to be included in the iPhone 14 Pro models that can record video at 8K resolution.

A Snapdragon X65 could be expected for connectivity if Apple uses Qualcomm modems.
