Samsung's next-generation foldables are finally here, and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 can now be preordered. This fun little foldable has a bigger battery, powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 offers more than a cute foldable design, sleek good looks, and long battery life. The color variants are also quite varied, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
A few design improvements have been made to Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 over its predecessor, the Z Flip 3. The frame is flatter, the hinge is slightly sleeker, and the rear glass panels have a frostier, matte finish that feels luxe and helps minimize fingerprints.
In addition to Bora Purple, Blue, Pink Gold, and Graphite, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes in four different color variants. Also available are bespoke options. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 color you should buy is listed below.
The Bora Purple color is a delightful muted lavender color that stands out without being overpowering. It contrasts beautifully with the black cover screen, and has a cool blue-purple hue, rather than a red-purple hue.
In spite of its lighter shade, Bora Purple is still set to be a popular choice among those who love lavender. A minimalist vibe is maintained while it is colorful. The official Samsung ring case or leather case will perfectly complement the color. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 looks great in Bora Purple.
It's not quite as pink as you might expect with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Pink Gold. Instead of a bright pink color, this is a subtle rose gold shade that's surprisingly sophisticated. The warm metallic hue makes it an excellent choice if you are not a fan of the cool blues and lavenders on offer, but would like something a bit more vibrant than Graphite.
In the past few months, we've seen a lot of green phones, from the deep forest green of the S22 Ultra to the gray-green of the Galaxy Z Fold 4. As for the Z Flip 4, Samsung's taken a distinctly pastel approach that perfectly compliments the Flip's cute design.
The color lineup isn't sugary sweet, however. The best way to describe it would be soft. If you are hesitant to commit to a bolder shade of lavender, the Blue shade on offer is subtle yet eye-catching. Samsung offers official leather cases or ring cases in a matching blue shade, just like the other colors.
It's also available in Graphite, which is a dark metallic gray that's almost black, if pastels aren't your thing. The Graphite case is a great option if you do not want to commit to a particular color, and you can always change things up with colorful cases.
Alternatively, if none of the above shades are your cup of tea, why not opt for a Bespoke Edition color? The Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes with the option of playing around with over 70 possible color combinations for the front panel, back panel, and frame using Samsung's style creator.
The different variations are pretty fun, but your custom style will set you back an extra $40, and delivery takes about three to four weeks.
In addition to its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 features an excellent main display, a bigger battery, and sleeker, flatter design than its predecessor.
The battery charges at 25W, so it takes around an hour and 16 minutes to charge from 5% to 100%, and wireless charging is supported with 10W and 4.5W, respectively. In the end, it comes down to your personal preference about which shade suits you best, regardless of the color you choose.
