Nothing Phone (1) gets its first OTA update, which adds functionality and fixes bugs

First over-the-air update available for Nothing Phone (1). Nothing OS 1.1.0 includes a 120MB update that fixes bugs and adds new features.

From 9to5Google. You can access certain Tesla controls from your device with the update. Your Nothing Phone (1) can turn on the AC in your Tesla before you get in, turn on the interior lights, or flash the headlights to help you find your parked vehicle.

One bug that caused the under-display fingerprint sensor to disappear on the lock screen was fixed, and Face Unlock was improved in speed and performance. Also included is the July Android security patch.

There will now be a section for the NFT Gallery in the widgets menu. Anyway, I digress. There is now an option to remove Google Search from the home screen of the Nothing Phone (1), and Glyph fill lights are now visible in portrait orientation. Photo quality has been improved in both low-light and ultra-wide modes, and color consistency has been improved.

In addition to the Nothing ear (1), a true wireless earbud, Nothing has introduced the Nothing Phone (1). An AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 is featured on the handset, as well as a refresh rate between 60Hz and 120Hz.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 778+ chipset, with memory options of 8GB/12GB and storage options of 128GB/256GB.

The handset will run for a whole day on its 4500mAh battery and can be charged in 30 minutes with the 45W charger. Not available in the U.S., the Nothing Phone is the price for the high-end model with 12GB of memory.

An ultra-wide camera and a 50MP primary camera are mounted on the rear of the device. 16MP selfie camera on the front. There are lights in the rear of the handset that alert the user to incoming notifications.
