OnePlus announced today that it would release a higher-capacity version of its flagship this year, the 10 Pro, in the U.S. and Canada on June 15th.
The base model comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage; the upgraded version adds 12GB and 256GB, respectively. The phone will retail at $969 in the US and $1,249 in Canada and be available in any color you want, as long as it's black.
OnePlus announced this higher-capacity model would be made available in the US when it first unveiled the OnePlus 10 Pro there in April (the 12GB / 256GB model had already been available in some other markets, like the UK).
This model will retail for about $70 more than the 8GB model, which has an MSRP of $899. The device will support 5G on Verizon and T-Mobile's networks, but not AT&T, where it is only supported for 4G.
The new model will be available directly from OnePlus, as well as through Amazon and Best Buy. Anyone who purchases the phone before June 20th will receive a free pair of OnePlus Buds.
