The Google Pixel 6a launched a few days ago in multiple countries, and some users have raised security concerns about it.

The in-display fingerprint sensor on Pixel 6a is reportedly unlocking with an unregistered finger ID, reports say.

Therefore, anyone could use any of the 10 fingers to unlock the phone. People who have ordered the Pixel 6a and are waiting to receive their units have definitely been worried by this development.

News18 Tech tested the fingerprint sensor on the Pixel 6a review unit to see if the issue is widespread, but some users may be experiencing problems.

Google will hopefully release a software fix for this security issue so that Pixel 6a buyers don't encounter this problem with their fingerprint sensors.

The Pixel 6a is priced at $ 551.35 in India and comes with a 6GB + 128GB storage option. The Pixel 6 flagship series is powered by the same Tensor chipset.

However, the phone's price has been reduced because of a 60Hz OLED display, even though its build quality is quite good.

The Pixel 6a also supports regular charging speed, which feels unappealing for its price range.

With bloatware-free Android, the cameras on the phone are definitely worth the price.
