The iPhone 14 series is expected to be released by Apple later this year as part of its new product lineup. A new series of four iPhones are expected to be released by the company this year, with a slight update, as part of its iPhone 14 model line.

The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max may be some examples of these. Several reports indicate that Apple is planning to scrap the 'iPhone mini' model this year.

Apple is expected to introduce its iPhone 14 Max with a larger screen alongside the vanilla iPhone 14, which will have similar features to the iPhone 14.

Apple has reportedly diversified its component suppliers to prevent delays in its launch. A single supplier will no longer be the sole source of supply for the Cupertino tech giant.

SG Micro, the Chinese manufacturer of the top-of-the-line iPhone 14, has also been added to Apple's suppliers' list. The PMICs for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max should arrive from SG Micro in the next few weeks.

According to noted Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.Apple will receive its first components from the Chinese company, demonstrating its tier-1 capabilities.

As we mentioned earlier, this year's iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are likely to feature the notch. In terms of display size, it is most likely that the iPhone 14 Max will have a 6.7-inch display.

Apple is not expected to equip the non-Pro models with 120Hz refresh rates as part of their plans. A 12MP dual-camera setup might be on the way for the iPhone 14 and 14 Max. Both a 12MP main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera will be available.

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max models will have a 12MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. The iPhones may be powered by an upgraded version of the A15 Bionic chip.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may get rid of their notches this year. The notch is expected to be replaced by a punch hole and a pill-shaped cutout for the front camera and Face ID sensors.

Apple's iPhone 14 Pro is expected to feature a 6.1-inch OLED ProMotion display, while its iPhone 14 Pro Max is expected to be 6.7 inches.

The iPhone 14 Pro model is expected to feature a new camera setup. A 48MP main camera sensor may be included in the iPhone Pro models, which may be larger than the 48MP sensor that was included in the iPhone 13 Pro models.

A 12MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP 2.5x telephoto camera could also be fitted to the Pro models. A periscope camera might also be included in the Pro models, according to rumors.

Apple's iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are expected to be powered by the A16 Bionic chipset. With the upgraded 4nm processor, performance will be improved over the A15 chipset and efficiency will be improved.
