The Oppo Reno 8 5G is on sale in India today: Check out the specs, price, and offers

Besides the Oppo Reno8 5G, Oppo recently launched the Oppo Reno8 Pro 5G smartphone in India on July 19.

According to Oppo, the phones are available from today in Shimmer Gold and Shimmer Black color variants via Flipkart, the Oppo Store, and mainline retailers in India.

Prices for the Oppo Reno8 in India will start at Rs 29,999 for the variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. ICICI Bank, SBI, Kotak Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Bank of Baroda credit cards and debit cards are eligible for cash back up to Rs 3,000 during the first sale.

On top of this, buyers will also be able to receive free pick up and drop off, 24/7 hotline support, a free screen guard, and a free back cover.

The cashback will also be applied to non-EMI transactions conducted with credit and debit cards issued by ICICI Bank, SBI, and Kotak Bank. Further, the company offers no-cost EMIs for 6 months beginning at Rs 2,500 on 12-month EMI schemes.

Additionally, buyers will have the option of paying with easy EMI during the repair process under the Oppo Premium Service. Also from 25 July to 31 July 2022, Oppo is offering 2,000 rupees off its upgrade offer.

A 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz and Gorilla Glass 5 protection distinguishes the Oppo Reno8 5G from its rivals. With 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 3100 chipset.

In addition to Android 12 and ColorOS 12.1 operating systems, Oppo Reno8 5G is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 processor.

It features a triple rear camera system with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera with a Sony IMX355 sensor, as well as a 2MP macro camera.

There is a 32MP selfie camera on the front of the phone. Powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, the Oppo Reno8 5G offers a 4,500mAh battery.
