For now, T-Mobile is the only carrier to sell the new stylus-wielding phone on the market. For $258, you get a built-in stylus with the TCL Stylus 5G, which is a fraction as expensive as Samsung's Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The TCL Stylus 5G offers some custom software tweaks, such as GIF creation, screen magnification, image scribbling, and e-signatures, although it's less advanced than the Bluetooth S Pen.
Also included with the phone are tools that make use of the phone's stylus, such as MyScript Calculator 2 ($2.99) and Nebo Notes ($11.99).
This phone offers a 6.81-inch screen with FHD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The front panel houses a 13MP selfie camera. The back panel houses a 50MP main sensor (0.64*m pixels) along with a 5MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
Powered by MediaTek's Density 700 5G processor, it has 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage which is expandable to 2 TB via the microSD slot. The software runs on Android 12, and its battery lasts up to 20 hours.
The smartphone packs a 4,000mAh battery and can charge at up to 18W. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack. For $258, T-Mobile is already offering the TCL Stylus 5G in Lunar Black.
