As part of its effort to improve its user interface, WhatsApp is developing several new features.
In the instant messaging app, group admins have the ability to delete any message for everyone, according to WABetInfo. The feature is available to some beta testers.
The ability to delete group messages for everyone allows group admins to moderate their WhatsApp groups more effectively.
There was a notice of this feature last year. A screenshot of the new update 'admin delete' was also shared on the website.
If you are the administrator of a WhatsApp group, try deleting an incoming message to see if the feature is available.
The 'delete for everyone' option indicates that the feature is available to you. 'You can always see that you deleted a message for everyone, sent by a group participant
Since your name appears within the chat bubble.' Meta will release the feature for more beta users soon.
There is also a feature called 'Kept messages' that WhatsApp is developing. In a future update of WhatsApp beta for Android, iOS, and desktop, this update will be available.
After its expiration time, a kept message is temporarily converted into a standard WhatsApp message. Messages that have been kept can be seen in a new section within chat info.
