For Android 13, Google has released two developer previews and six betas to date, with the sixth beta launching on June 16. While any user is free to download and install the latest beta, the software will be unstable, so install it at your own risk.
The fourth beta is considered Platform Stability, so it's almost done, so you might be eagerly awaiting the rest of Android 13's schedule to know when the stable version will be released.
We've compiled all the information we have on Android 13's release schedule below.
This loose Android 13 schedule is provided by Google. All in all, it is a much shorter timeline than what we saw last year for Android 12. So far, Google has followed the schedule closely. There will be at least one more beta release in July, though there could be more point updates in June as well.
In the absence of major setbacks, Android 13 should be available by August 2022.
The stable launch of Android 12 occurred on October 19, 2021, for comparison. However, there were significant changes between Android 11 and Android 12. Since there doesn't seem to be much of a shift from Android 12 to Android 13, Google may be able to move things along much faster this year.
