A preview of Windows 10 21H2 has been posted to the Release Preview channel, but nothing has been announced about Windows 10 22H2.

In the 21H2 version of Windows 10, Microsoft has released Build 19044.1947 to the Release Preview Channel for Insiders.

The update tagged KB5016688 brings two enterprise-focused features. In its blog post, Microsoft says it has 'enhanced' Defender for Endpoint to better identify and intercept ransomware and advanced attacks.

Also, IT administrators can now add languages and language-related features remotely, as well as manage language scenarios across endpoint managers.

In its Windows 11 preview this month, Microsoft added enhanced ransomware detection and intercept capabilities to Defender for Endpoint, but did not specify what changes were made.

Microsoft released Windows 10 22H2 in the Release Preview channel on July 28, the next feature update to Windows 10.

The new features and fixes that will be in Windows 10 22H2 have not yet been detailed by Microsoft; nor has it indicated when it will be available.

It is focusing on validating servicing technology with the Windows 10 22H2 build and has a scoped set of features. Microsoft will share more details later this year.'
