The WhatsApp app is rolling out the ability to view status updates within the chat window as part of its update.
The platform has released a feature that allows users to retrieve messages which have been deleted by mistake with the help of an 'undo' button.
As a result of these enhancements, the platform announced that it was working on a way to block screenshots and videos of view once images and videos in the future.
The WhatsApp tracking service, which was introduced earlier this year to Android beta users, is said to have introduced the feature earlier this year.
As reported on the WABetaInfo website, there is a report that suggests that BetaInfo is working on the issue.
A report from the website added that the iOS feature that is in development is rolling out to Beta testers regularly.
The screenshot provided by WABetaInfo shows that users can view the status update within their chat window shown in the screenshot.
As a result, when users muted status updates from the status tab, they did not appear within the chat list when they muted the status updates.
As of right now, the feature is only available to a select number of beta testers, and it will soon be rolled out to the rest of the users as well.
