SpaceX achieves incredible feat of three launches in 36 hours

According to a report from Space.com, with the successful completion of its spaceflight Sunday morning, SpaceX has completed three launches in under 36 hours, the shortest sequence of three missions by any commercial launch firm in history.

A two-stage Falcon 9 rocket launched a Globalstar communications satellite into orbit from Cape Canaveral early Sunday, completing SpaceX's hat trick.

The first mission took place on Friday, according to Space.com, when the business launched its Starlink internet satellites from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. On Saturday, the second mission launched a radar satellite for the German military from California's Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Many space aficionados are delirious with delight as a result of the weekend's success. It was just seven years ago that the first Falcon 9 core landed safely, and now SpaceX has successfully launched three Falcon 9 cores on both sides of the United States, with boosters recovered on land and at sea.

For a corporation that was formerly known for unsuccessful rocket launches, this is quite impressive.

The launches came just days after internal SpaceX criticism of Elon Musk, the company's founder and CEO, became public. Musk's public pronouncements had become a 'embarrassment' for some staff, according to an open letter disseminated within the company's networks on June 15, distracting them from their work.

In an email to the New York Times, Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX's president and chief operating officer, stated that the company 'removed a number of personnel involved.'

'Elon is seen as the face of SpaceX as our CEO and most visible speaker - every Tweet Elon writes is a de facto public statement by the firm,' the letter stated. 'It's vital that our staff and potential talent pool understand that his messaging does not match our work, mission, or values.'
