A NASA spokesperson confirmed that President Joe Biden will unveil the much-anticipated first color image that was taken by the James Webb Space Telescope on Monday.

As NASA says, the image called 'Webb's First Deep Field' shows galaxies as they appeared as far back as 13 billion years ago, making it the deepest and highest-resolution universe image ever taken.

Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and the public will be able to see the Webb telescope images a day early thanks to the European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency. The European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency will release full-color images from the telescope on Tuesday.

According to NASA officials, the president and vice president will be briefed on the findings of the mission on Monday, and the first image will be shown at the White House at 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

James Webb Space Telescope is the world's largest and most powerful space telescope with a price tag of $10 billion, and experts believe it will revolutionize our understanding of the universe as a whole.

During an event streamed live from NASA's facility in Houston at 10:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, more images will be revealed after the White House event. 

Among the data will be the first spectrum of an exoplanet emitted at different wavelengths, which will be the first to be publicly released by NASA.

These images could provide a wealth of information about the atmospheres and chemical compositions of other exoplanets in the universe as a whole.

Among the images that will be released on Tuesday will be those depicting galaxies in interaction and growth, and those that will show the life cycle of stars, from emergence to a violent death.

In December, NASA launched the Webb telescope into space. The tennis court-size observatory is capable of peering deeper and more deeply into the universe than any other telescope.
