Neil Armstrong's footprints are still visible on the Moon 50 years after he walked there

Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, who walked on the Moon in 1969, have left behind tracks that NASA has released footage of.

It is because of Neil Armstrong's famous words that space exploration around the world has become a guiding light and an inspiration to millions of people.

Over 50 years after Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the Moon, his marks remain present on the cratered surface of the Moon over 50 years after he made the historic journey.

NASA released footage showing the first steps that Apollo 11 astronauts left behind when they touched the lunar surface in 1969, marking the beginning of an intensive push to return to the moon.

As part of the Apollo 11 crew, Neil A. Armstrong was joined by Edwin E. “Buzz” Aldrin and Michael Collins, in addition to Neil A. Armstrong.

Even though the Moon Reconnaissance Orbiter captured the video, it showed the astronauts' tracks, which are still visible five decades after the historic walk on July 20th.

A plaque left behind by the Apollo 11 astronauts in July 1969 AD indicates that men from Earth set foot on the Moon for the first time here in July 1969 AD and continued to collect lunar regolith for research until 2022. All mankind will be at peace with us.'

NASA attributes Armstrong's achievement to his command of the Apollo 11 mission, which landed humanity for the first time on another celestial body and fulfilled President Kennedy's vision of landing humans on the Moon by the end of the decade.

NASA is now working on returning humans to the surface of the Moon, along with landing the first woman and the first person of color on the surface of the Moon.

The first uncrewed mission to the moon could occur by the end of this year after the tests for the Space Launch System are completed. There has yet to be a decision made regarding the date of the event.

Meanwhile, countries such as Russia, India, China, Europe, and China have moon missions in the pipeline that will allow them to establish bases on the moon as well as reach Mars and deep space.
